An US based MNC in the Aerospace MRO Sector is seeking for an experience BD Manager (APAC) to join the team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct and generate aftermarket opportunities for the relevant divisions; understand customers requirements and translate them into development opportunities
  • Develop and spearhead market strategies that provide both long term growth and develops new market segments and offerings
  • Lead the Key Account team to increase market share and retain commercial aftermarket customers in the region
  • Conduct competitive research, evaluate sales performance and formulate goals and milestones
  • Maintain a network of industry contacts (Suppliers, customers, competitors) in target market to retain and capture new business
  • Serve as a bridge between the various team, customers, and organizational leadership to resolve cost, product quality, delivery and performance concerns
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field
