Job summary

A leading educational organization in Singapore is seeking an After-School Engagement Instructor to support and engage students in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities include mentoring students, designing engagement programs, and monitoring attendance and well-being. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of coaching experience. This hourly position requires effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds. The contract runs from 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026, with an option to extend.

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of experience in coaching and working with young people.
• Experience in educational or community settings.
• Ability to effectively manage and engage with up to 40 students.

Responsibilities

• Mentor students in daily operations of the after-school centre.
• Plan and execute term-based and holiday engagement programs.
• Monitor students' attendance and well-being.
• Work closely with teachers to motivate students.
