About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide students in their daily homework and revision
• Conduct MindSpace enrichment activities (e.g. reading, creative learning, and games)
• Manage classroom routines and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and centre leaders on student progress
• Support centre events and initiatives when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• Experience working with children aged 7–12 in educational or student care settings is an advantage
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Energetic, patient, and able to engage students positively
