Job Description
  • Oversee the daily operations of the student care class, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
  • Communicate effectively with centre’s team and parents regarding student progress and centre activities.
  • Design, develop and implement engaging enrichment programmes and activities that cater to the learning needs of the students.
  • Coach, supervise and ensure completion of daily school homework for primary students, this includes English and Chinese spelling.
  • Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from school to student centre, including coordination pick-ups from nearby schools.
  • Regular liaison with parents and caregivers on their children’s behaviour and learning progress, fostering strong relationships.
  • Perform various administrative duties and maintain the upkeep of the centre’s premises.
  • Follow up on fees payment and arrears as necessary.
  • Take on any additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • At least Diploma or WSQ Student-Care Certified.
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a student care centre (non-school base).
  • Familiarity with the MOE syllabus.
  • Proficiency in communicating effectively in English and Chinese language.
  • Capable of coaching MOE primary school-level academic subjects.
  • Passionate about working with young children, with an outgoing personality and pleasant deposition.
  • Exhibits a positive attitude in challenging situations.
  • Demonstrate excellent integrity and work ethics.
