Job summary

A leading automotive company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to develop and optimize operational standards for store ordering in after-sales accessories. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of automotive after-sales experience, and strong problem-solving skills. This role involves handling order processing, overseeing satisfaction rates, and implementing improvements to enhance integration with business workflows. A valid driving license is required.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on DMS usage and experience in store accessory ordering management.
  • Candidates with experience in inventory management or chain store operations are preferred.

  • Develop and optimize operational standards for store ordering in alignment with the overall after-sales accessories strategy. This includes store ordering management, inventory management, and order process optimization.
  • Oversee store accessory satisfaction rate and inventory turnover, ensuring effective order management.
  • Identify and propose process improvement needs from frontline operations to enhance integration with overall business workflows.
  • Assist stores with order processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth end-to-end order flow.
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of automotive after-sales experience, including hands‑on DMS usage and store accessory ordering management.
  • Strong execution, excellent communication skills, and solid problem‑solving abilities.
  • Upright, diligent, self‑motivated, and passionate about work; able to embody company values and positively influence others.
  • Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, able to travel, and able to work under pressure.
  • Candidates with experience in after‑sales accessory store order management, inventory management, regional or channel sales, or chain store operations will be given priority.
  • Possess a valid driving license with proficient driving skills and a clean driving record.
