Job Description


  • KOL/KOC Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, acquire, and onboard KOLs across various social media platforms (e.g. IG, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu)

  • Affiliate CRM: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of KOL/KOCs by optimising acquisition strategies, providing onboarding support, and ensuring continuous engagement while incubating new affiliates to accelerate their performance and retention

  • Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Track and analyse initiative and acquisition performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance success metrics

  • Branding & Communication: Maintain a strong and unified SAP brand presence across all communication channels, including in-app communications, social media, and messaging channels


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Keen interest in social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and the evolving digital marketing landscape

  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs

  • Experience in CRM, e-commerce and affiliate industry would be an added advantage
