Job summary

A healthcare aesthetics service provider in Singapore is looking for dedicated professionals to recommend body and facial treatment services, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in maintaining clinic cleanliness. Candidates should be IT literate and capable of fostering a good rapport with clients. This role involves providing consultations and promoting products to elevate sales and service quality.

Qualifications

  • IT Literate is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend customers body and facial treatment services according to respective Treatment Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Provide appropriate consultation and recommend correct treatments.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction during and after each treatment.
  • Build and maintain a good rapport with customers.
  • Obtain feedback from customers after each treatment service and report such feedback to Clinic Manager.
  • Promote and make appropriate recommendations of products to customers.
  • Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of clinic facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the clinic.
  • Prepare necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc.
  • Cover duties for colleagues when there is a manpower shortage.
  • Handle telephone inquiries in the absence of the Front-Desk Executive at the reception area.
  • Fix next appointment date and time for customers after each treatment session.
  • Assist the Clinic Manager and Senior Therapist on ensuring that good services are provided to customers and that customers' requirements are met.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through our quality service.
  • Able to increase sales and revenues.
