Responsibilities

• Support clinic operations by providing information on available treatments to clients.
• Assist in aesthetic procedures as required.
• Provide care and guidance to clients before and after procedures.
• Prepare equipment, tools, and consumables necessary for procedures.
• Attend to clients throughout their treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage entries in the clinic’s POS system.
• Advise clients on suitable aesthetic treatments based on professional assessment.
• Support administrative tasks, including cashiering and inventory management.
• Contribute to upholding quality service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Contribute to upholding quality service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Medical Director or Chief Executive Officer.
