Primary Objective of the Role
This position is responsible for consulting clients and recommending quality treatments. Additional, customer service to clients and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities - Key Duties
Customer Service
- Working as part of a high performing team, ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact: Telephone conversations, Reception,Treatments
- Treat every customer genuinely with care regarding their concerns and treatment results
- Manage and maintain client appointments and information
- Follow our mission to create tailored beauty results for everyclient
- Ensure all customers information are current and accurate
Clinic Operations
- Record and reconcile all transactions: Credit Card Payments, Cash,Gift cards
- Report discrepancies
- Maintain clinic rooms and reception
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Manage stock and consumer items and replenish as required
Treatments
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling: Promotions, Pre-paymentoptions
- Consult with clients regarding treatments, risks, pre and post careand elevate for a second opinion if necessary
- Conduct treatments including but not limited to; LED, Laser HairRemoval, Laser Skin Treatments, Skin Treatments, Body Treatments (optional)
- Discuss pre and post care with clients
- Current knowledge of payment and/or promotions
- Superior treatment service every time to the treatment guidelines
- Treatments are performed safely to guidelines at all times
- Laser skin treatments including, skin rejuvenation, skin tightening,vaginal tightening, hair growth, superficial vascular lesion treatment, superficial pigmented lesion treatment, flushing, acne and acne scar treatments.
- Skin treatments include skin peels, signature facial treatments, BBL skin tightening, microneedling, dermal rolling, and needless skin boosters.
Work Health and Safety
- Comply with all work health and safety standards
- Report all hazards, incidents and injuries immediately to yourclinic manager
General
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Attend trainings from time to time
- Assist with ad hoc duties as required
- Read all company materials and communications ensuring qualityservice delivery
