The Ogee Clinic is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead, manage, and scale our operations with excellence. This role is ideal for someone who understands the inner workings of an aesthetic clinic and has successfully grown clinic revenue and expanded clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

  • Cultivate, manage, and convert leads into revenue
  • Lead and coach sales and frontline team to achieve monthly revenue KPIs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet clinic performance targets
  • Spearhead and/or support new treatment launches and promotional initiatives

Clinic Operations & Technical Expertise

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in an aesthetic clinic environment
  • Manage clinic workflows, patient scheduling, and operational SOPs
  • Ensure proper equipment maintenance, calibration, and servicing schedules
  • Oversee product inventory, stock planning, procurement, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, safety regulations and internal SOPs

Customer Experience

  • Uphold service quality and patient satisfaction benchmarks
  • Drive patient retention through exceptional service standards
  • Monitor feedback loops, resolve escalations, and uphold high satisfaction levels
  • Work closely with doctors, therapists and management to maintain seamless care

Expansion & Multi-Clinic Management

  • Ability to oversee cross-clinic operations, staff training, and performance KPIs
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution for clinic expansion
  • Prior experience in scaling (eg. from 1 clinic to managing 3–5 clinics) will be a highly-regarded bonus
