We’re seeking a sales-driven, service-oriented team player who enjoys connecting with clients, supporting doctors, and contributing to a premium aesthetic experience in a professional clinic environment.

What You’ll Do

In this dual role, you will support both the daily operations and client experience of our clinic while achieving sales and service goals. Responsibilities include:

• Providing warm, professional frontline service — including client registration, appointment scheduling, as well as prompt and polished responses to enquiries and follow ups in a manner that reflect the clinic’s high service standards.
• Introducing and explaining treatment packages, promotions, and skincare products to clients.
• Actively promote the company’s products and services in a consultative and professional manner, while fostering strong and long-term client relationships.
• Assisting doctors during aesthetic procedures and performing therapist-led treatments such as facials and other non-invasive services.
• Preparing clients for treatment (cleansing, topical anaesthetic application, pre-treatment photographs, etc) and providing post-care guidance.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards across all clinic areas, along with upholding a polished grooming standard consistent with the clinic’s professional image.
• Ensuring all equipment and consumables are properly cleaned, organised, and sterilised.
• Handling medication and product dispensing accurately.
• Supporting front desk and operational needs for Private Space Medical, our affiliated psychiatry and psychology clinic, when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate or Diploma in Aesthetics, Beauty Therapy, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an aesthetics, skincare, or beauty setting.
• Motivated by both service excellence and achieving sales goals.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is required and Mandarin is an advantage to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A positive, professional, and collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to work retail hours and weekends.
