A Singapore-based manufacturing company is seeking a skilled operator to handle EBW and TIG equipment. The role involves maintenance, audits support, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Candidates should demonstrate technical skills and a commitment to quality and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain EBW and TIG equipment according to SOPs.
• Run VFS burnout cycles and coordinate maintenance for scheduled cleaning.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machines.
• Support audits, inspections, and new product development.
• Follow EHS, Quality, Ethics, and company policies.

Job description

Basic information

• Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am - 5:18pm
• Location: Changi
• Basic UP $3,500

Job scope

• Set up, operate, and maintain EBW, TIG, VFS, Chemical Cleaning Line, and Hot Press equipment according to SOPs.
• Run VFS burnout cycles and coordinate with Maintenance for scheduled tank cleaning.
• Perform daily 5S, preventive maintenance, and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Support audits, inspections, new product development, and improvement projects.
• Follow all EHS, Quality, Ethics, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
