Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in aerospace component MRO facility is required.
• Self-disciplined and able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted for approximately 25% of the average workday.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on components.
• Prepare accurate reparability inspection reports.
• Participate in audits and compliance programs.
• Supervise trainees on-the-job training requirements.
