Job summary

Airswift is seeking an NPI Engineer for the Nusajaya Tech Park site in Johor, focusing on moving products from development to stable production. The role involves precision metal manufacturing, CNC machining, and cross‑functional collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams.

You will lead process development, oversee machining trials, support DFMA activities, and drive production readiness for high‑precision components, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency while

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience on metal manufacturing, precision engineering, or CNC machining.
Experience moving products from development to production readiness with floor support.
Ability to review drawings, tolerances, and customer requirements to choose suitable processes.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction activities from prototype to production readiness.
Develop and optimise manufacturing processes for CNC milling/turning.
Plan and run machining trials and validate processes on the shop floor.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to ensure DFMA and process robustness.
