Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/leadership role in a Precision Engineering environment.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise manufacturing technicians to meet product quality expectations.
