Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to carry out repair and modification on aero engine components, manufacture the aero engine spares in accordance with the requirements & instructions of Rolls‑Royce Engine Manuals
• Preparing CNC program and conducting first article inspections to ensure quality
• Executing programs to repair the aero engine components or fabricate the aero engine spares according to the engineering drawing of Rolls‑Royce Engine Manuals
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining of 5‑axis CNC Milling machine
• Familiar in using different measuring equipment for dimensional inspection
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Understands and strictly adheres to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
• Health & Safety practices (E.g. Personnel Protection Equipment, Fixture & Tooling storage & Cutting tools storage)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in programming and operation of 5‑axis CNC Milling Machine
• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Engineering or related disciplines
• Able to interpret engineering drawings
• Able to compose CNC programs on Faunc, Siemens, Heidenhain or other systems for machining operation
• Proficient in SolidWorks or Mastercam is an advantage
• Good command of written English and engineering analytical skill
• Willing to take day and night roster shifts
