Job Scope

• Plan and execute aerial photography missions to capture images of landscapes, properties, events, and other subjects from elevated positions.
• Operate drones or manned aircraft safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, locations, and desired outcomes.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and assessments to ensure equipment readiness and optimal shooting conditions.
• Capture, review, and select the best aerial images to meet project requirements.
• Monitor, coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences
• Process and edit aerial photographs and videos using specialized software to enhance image quality, composition, and visual appeal.
• Maintain accurate records of flight logs, image metadata, and project documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in aerial photography and imaging.
• Conduct post-flight data analysis, including reviewing footage, images, or sensor data, and preparing reports or deliverables for clients.
• Require working overnight to collaborate closely with the team to prepare in advance when having drone show
• Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time
• Address day-to-day challenges and proactively find solutions to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of Degree in any field
• At least 3 years working experiences which related as a photographer or videographer
• Strong knowledge of photography principles, techniques, and image editing software.
• Creativity and artistic vision to capture compelling aerial imagery.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
• Proficiency in using image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools and willingness to learn new technologies as needed
• Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality work
• Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
