ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a purpose-driven, integrated marketing communications professional to join PAA’s Communications & Engagement team. In this role, you will design and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen PAA’s brand, drive engagement, and deliver measurable impact.

You will also create compelling digital and social content, optimise channels for performance, and develop targeted campaigns to attract, convert, and retain funding members and partners. Working across paid, owned, and earned media, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners across the Temasek Trust ecosystem to ensure consistent messaging and maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing & Digital Strategy
  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies that optimise performance across social, search, and email channels
  • Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to achieve key objectives
  • Manage and optimise digital channels to increase reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximise ROI
Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis
  • Establish KPIs for content and/or campaigns and track performance using analytics tools
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to measure ROI and inform future strategies
Prospecting & Conversion of Funding Members & Partners
  • Develop targeted content/campaigns to attract and convert prospective funding members and programme partners
  • Implement CRM-driven initiatives to nurture leads and build long-term relationships
Event Engagement & C‑Suite Loyalty
  • Design and execute engagement strategies for high-profile events, ensuring impactful experiences for senior stakeholders
  • Build loyalty programmes and tiered advocacy initiatives to strengthen relationships with C‑suite executives
Executive and Stakeholder Communications
  • Develop compelling content across formats and platforms — including thought leadership pieces, blog features, newsletters, videos, and social media posts — to showcase PAA’s impact and voice
  • Support corporate and leadership messaging, including speechwriting, talking points, and opinion pieces
  • Provide communications support for PAA‑led initiatives and convenings (e.g., the Philanthropy Asia Summit), ensuring consistency of messaging and brand voice
Agency and Partner Management

Work with agency partners to amplify content and achieve marketing communications goals

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7–9 years of relevant experience, ideally in integrated marketing communications (digital agency experience preferred)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content
  • A good understanding of digital and social media, and what drives engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Proactive self‑starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment
  • Familiarity with philanthropy, climate, health, and inclusive development topics is advantageous but not mandatory
