Competency Executive (Hybrid | Profit Sharing)

• Located at Raffles Place
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hybrid Work Arrangement
• Basic up to $4,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Performance Bonus (Profit Sharing)

This is a newly created position to support business growth and enhance internal competency processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to consultants and managers
• Conduct compliance checks on sales documentation and advisory processes
• Assist in developing and improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Provide guidance and training to consultants on advisory procedures and documentation standards
• Liaise with the Competency Manager and other stakeholders on related matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Financial Services industry
• Meticulous, organized, and attentive to detail
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to upholding compliance standards
• CMFAS certifications (Modules 5, 8, 9, and HI) will be advantageous
