About the role
As the Facilities Management Advertising & Promotions (A&P) Executive, you will lead the A&P activities for a mall located in the north of Singapore. Your primary responsibility will be to drive footfall and brand awareness through creative campaigns and events, while managing tenant relationships and ensuring smooth mall operations. This is a dynamic role where you'll have the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders, handle marketing efforts, and oversee customer service to create a seamless shopping experience.
What you will be doing
- Campaign Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotional activities and events that boost mall visibility and attract shoppers. Engage with tenants for A&P collaborations and identify new partners for enhanced campaign offerings.
- Space Promotion and Licensing: Market the mall’s advertising and promotional spaces to generate revenue, manage enquiries, and maintain accurate booking records. Prepare and manage licensing agreements.
- Marketing Support: Develop content for digital kiosks, the mall’s website, and social media platforms, while supporting tenant advertising initiatives and liaising with agencies and vendors.
- Customer Service & Operations: Lead the customer service team, handle shopper and tenant inquiries, and manage day-to-day operations related to marketing and service excellence.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare monthly reports on A&P activities and keep track of budgets and expenditures.
What we’re looking for
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, who enjoys collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
- Experienced with at least 2 years in a shopping mall, retail, ad agency, or event management environment, and able to drive marketing strategies that enhance the mall's brand and generate revenue.
- A diploma holder in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant discipline.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
