A leading property developer in Singapore is seeking a dynamic A&P Executive/Assistant Manager to enhance customer experiences and manage advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Marketing and at least 3 years of experience in advertising and promotions. Responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with tenants and agencies to drive successful promotions. Proficiency in design tools and digital marketing is essential. This position offers a professional environment with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
Our client, a Listed Property Developer, is looking for an A&P Executive/Assistant Manager (Advertising & Promotions) to join their team.
Support the assessment of market opportunities and conduct research to better understand customer needs and preferences.
Enhance the overall customer experience through mall-wide promotions and events that drive shopper traffic and increase tenant sales.
Identify and source potential licensees to grow Advertising & Promotion (A&P) revenue through atrium bookings, roadshow spaces, and advertising placements.
Conceptualise, plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns in accordance with the annual marketing calendar in a timely and effective manner.
Assist in the development, monitoring, and management of the marketing budget.
Plan, execute, and manage integrated advertising, promotional, and digital marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to encourage participation in the mall’s advertising and promotional activities.
Coordinate and collaborate with partners, sponsors, advertising agencies, tenants, contractors, and event companies to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and events.
Analyse, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of advertising and promotional activities, providing recommendations to optimise marketing strategies.
Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate publicity of store listings, events, and promotions across various platforms, including:
Handle administrative tasks such as financial processing, procurement, sourcing competitive quotations, and operational coordination when required.
Provide support for ad-hoc design needs including posters, decals, signage, and display materials when necessary.
Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department.
Minimum Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Advertising and Promotions from small heartland malls developments is preferred.
Experience in retail mall marketing, event management, digital marketing, and social media marketing will be an advantage.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, paid media buying, and performance analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and positive, with the ability to thrive under time pressure and challenges.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Working Location : CBD
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
