A leading digital advertising firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to drive campaign performance and execution. This role involves optimizing digital ad campaigns, collaborating across departments, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital advertising and campaign management, strong attention to detail, and proven problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like Jira and knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads is essential.
Campaign Performance & Optimisation
Analyse campaign performance, budget pacing, inventory, and audience data to drive optimisation
Define and apply best practices for campaign setup, targeting, and optimisation
Provide strategic recommendations based on client objectives and performance trends
Campaign Execution & Ownership
Own end-to-end execution of digital ad campaigns against insertion orders
Oversee campaign setup, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Monitor budget pacing and delivery against contractual and performance targets
Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as a key operational partner to Sales, Account Management, Product, and Technical teams
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with feasibility assessment, forecasting, and performance guidance
Share operational insights to improve tools, workflows, and platform capabilities
Operational Excellence
Lead website testing, ad tag implementation, and issue resolution
Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements
Maintain high standards of data accuracy, quality assurance, and execution discipline
experience in digital advertising, Ad Operations, AdTech, or performance marketing
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex campaigns independently
Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced advertising environments
Hands‑on experience with ticketing or workflow tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com)
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or DSPs
Ability to lead initiatives and influence outcomes without formal people management responsibility
