Job summary

A recreational facility provider in Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Adventure Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of various adventure activities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe and engaging experiences, ensuring safety and effective delivery of recreational programs. A diploma in related sports discipline and strong problem-solving abilities are required. This role may involve working shifts and on Public Holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related Sports discipline &/or experience in a recreational facility.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Ability to work in aquatic environments without discomfort or distress.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring safe & effective delivery of recreational activities.
• Conduct engaging programs & courses, meeting agreed objectives within set budget.
• Prepare monthly & quarterly reports, maintaining accurate records.
