A global medical technology company in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to support the repair and maintenance of Patient Care Solutions systems. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of field service experience in the medical industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English are essential, along with customer service abilities and team collaboration skills.
You will support repair and maintaining of Patient Care Solutions (PCS) modality systems. This may include, but is not limited to installing, repairing, testing and delivering quality services related to field services, maintaining operations hygiene and ensuring that all related performance metrics are met. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
