Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2 years of frontline customer service experience or 7 years for candidates with GCE 'O' / 'N' Level.
  • Able to work staggered hours between 6.30am and 6.30pm on weekdays.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to deliver professional customer service.
  • Manage staff rostering, coaching and training team members.
  • Assist in handling service feedback and resolving operational issues.
