Job description

• Support the commercial sales team globally through inside sales, customer service and technical support
• Process customer orders, confirm delivery dates, coordinate changes, and respond to expedite requests for external customers.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations and Engineering teams to discuss product information, sales goals, and inter-departmental coordination efforts
• Manage and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Singapore
• Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports containing relevant information on customers, territories, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives
• Manage customer service activities by processing orders, forms, applications, and samples requests
