Job summary

A local HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrator to handle sales orders, manage data entry, and maintain case files. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic office software and Google Workspace. Responsibilities also include inventory management and social media updates. This full-time position offers a salary range of $1,800 - $2,800 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales orders and invoices; manage data entry.
  • Organise and maintain case files (digital and physical).
  • Track case deadlines and ensure timely packing and delivery.
  • Verify case contents, including lab-fabricated components and paperwork.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies; liaise with vendors.
  • Handle communication via email, phone, and messaging.
  • Maintain and update social media pages (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries.
