About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admin Assistant to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, this full-time role is responsible for providing administrative support in the implementation of the company’s training plans and programmes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely submission of documents via Training Management System, Skilleto to TPGateway for training grants, SkillsFuture credit, UTAP and/or PSEA application and approval.
- Data entry and submissions of learners' details, training history, attendance (phyiscal and online), communications, course evalutation, assessment results and grant application into TPGateway.
- Ensure proper online (via Dropbox) and physical filing of documentations in order to be TPQA and ERF audit ready.
- Coordinate and schedule classes with learners and trainers.
- Manage training attendee communications proactively.
- Provide support for trainers and learners for online and in-person classes.
- Collates training evaluations and assists in the preparation of training reports and statistics.
- Manage incoming training requests, collate, and resolve conflicts.

Requirements
- Must have experience with TPGateway and Skilleto, as well as understanding of compliance with SkillsFuture requirements.
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn, have strong sense of responsibility, and good team player.
- Proactive, demonstrate good initiative and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Salary shall be commensurate with qualifications and working experience.
- Fast learner, multi-tasker & able to work in fast-paced environment.
