We’re Hiring: Administrator, Swim & Sports

We are looking for an Administrator to be at the heart of our Swim & Sports initiative. In this role, you will manage program schedules, coordinate meetings, and engage with members to ensure our programs run smoothly and deliver a great experience. This is more than just an administrative position, it is an opportunity to help create vibrant, active spaces where our members can connect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Swim & Sports team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and communications.
  • Coordinate and manage program schedules and appointments for Swim & Sports activities.
  • Prepare and distribute various communications, including memos, letters, and reports.
  • Organise and document meetings, including recording minutes and following up on action items.
  • Compile data for regular reports and maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Conduct market research to stay current on the swim and sports industry in Singapore.
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of events, including decorations, food & beverage, entertainment, and logistics.
  • Work closely with the Marcom team to promote and publicise events effectively.
  • Liaise with executives to handle requests and queries from Managers and Directors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department and Management.
