Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for events, including venue bookings, vendor management, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth execution of all aspects of an event.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-maintained office environment.
  • Assist in creating and managing event budgets.
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and provide regular financial updates to the events management team.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in events management or a related field.
