Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide general administrative support. The role includes handling mails, invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and organizing files. Applicants should have relevant experience and be proficient in MS Word and Excel. This position offers a salary range of $2000-$2500 with a working schedule from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Working hours: 5 days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support for company, handle incoming and outgoing mail for invoicing/DO and other matters.
  • Collate documents for invoicing and updating the invoicing records.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
