About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Support Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations across our head office, retail outlets, and storage facilities. This role combines administrative and operational duties — ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, coordination, and keeping things organized behind the scenes.
Ensure Smooth Operations: Coordinate maintenance and repairs across the head office, retail outlets, and storage facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
Work with Contractors: Schedule and follow up on facility servicing, including lift maintenance, air conditioning, and general repairs.
Manage Office & Outlet Supplies: Track, order, and replenish consumables to support daily operations.
Assist with Inventory & Deliveries: Support stock receiving, maintain accurate records, and help organize storage areas efficiently.
Support Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation, filing, and general office duties while assisting with ad-hoc operational requests.
Maintain Organization: Ensure office and storage areas are tidy, organized, and optimized for efficiency.
Preferably 1 year of relevant administrative or operations support experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
A Class 3 Driving License is an advantage but not mandatory.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling tasks.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
