Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support to handle logistics and administrative tasks. The role involves receiving and verifying delivery items, managing the learning platform, and acting as a contact for the Warehouse team. Ideal candidates will have experience in administrative support within a laboratory environment and strong communication skills. This is a full on-site position from November 2025 to May 2026.

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for an Administrative Support to collaborate with a strategic partner located in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving delivery items and verifying them against Delivery Orders (DO); performing regular stock-takes.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the Warehouse team.
  • Moving items from the interim warehouse to the laboratory as required.
  • Placing orders for stationery and non-laboratory reagents.
  • Raising Purchase Requests (PR) for laboratory consumables and chemicals.
  • Managing the company’s learning platform by adding or removing SOPs for colleagues.
  • Handling document management activities, including scanning and archiving.
  • Printing and issuing logbooks and ensuring proper document traceability.
About you
  • Previous experience in administrative or logistics support, preferably within a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with procurement systems and document management tools.
  • Proactive and service-oriented, able to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., warehouse, lab staff, office team).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); familiarity with purchasing or learning management systems is an advantage.
