Monday to Thurs: 8.30am - 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative & Operations Executive to provide vital administrative and operational support to our team.

In this role, you will help ensure the smooth execution of key office functions, from processing applications and coordinating mediation/hearing sessions to managing documents and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track applications, including preparing materials and taking accurate notes during mediation or hearing sessions.

  • Support ongoing projects and administrative tasks assigned by management to enhance workflow efficiency.

  • Prepare and dispatch official documents to relevant parties and stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate logistics for mediation/hearing sessions, including setting up rooms and providing on‑site support when required.

  • Assist at the reception counter or perform case officer duties when needed, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors.

  • Organise and maintain records by packing, shelving, and digitising completed files to support proper documentation and retrieval.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

  • Strong Organisational and Communication skills, with keen attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

  • A proactive, reliable, and adaptable team player who takes initiative to support smooth operations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
