Job description

Job Scope:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, managing all incoming phone calls, correspondence, and packages.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all centre documents, records, and databases.
  • Handle centre procurement, vendor management, and relationships to ensure cost-effective services.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and insurance, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
  • Support basic bookkeeping procedures and maintain accurate records of financial and personnel data.
  • Manage the collection and distribution of client provisions and vouchers.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and coordinate employee engagement and team-bonding activities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, workshops, and outreach activities, including vendor liaison and F&B arrangements.
  • Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all organisational policies, centre hygiene protocols, and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘O' level
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Office administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
