Administrative Officer (Marketing Department)

We are looking for an Administrative Officer in the Marketing department with strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative, to provide administrative and operational support to our Marketing team. The role involves handling marketing administrative tasks, processing payments, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, assisting in website maintenance for Business to Consumer marketing, and supporting marketing events both on land and onboard when required.

Marketing Administration
  • Handle general marketing administrative duties and documentation.
  • Process payment-related matters including invoicing, vendor creation, and purchase requests.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and agencies to resolve payment or billing issues.
Business to Consumer (B2C) Website Support
  • Conduct daily checks on website content to ensure factual accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Update and amend data links or information as required.
Event Support
  • Assist in event coordination and on-site execution (on-ground or onboard ship) as needed.
General Marketing Support
  • Provide any other related ad-hoc support for ongoing marketing campaigns, projects, and administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in marketing or administrative support.
