A finance company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage customer inquiries, review applications, and handle documentation with government agencies. Candidates should have a minimum of Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level qualification and be proficient in basic computer skills. This position is open to entry-level applicants.

Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Review and ensure all submitted applications are complete and accurate
Liaise with government agencies (e.g., NEA, LTA) for required documentation
Submit finance loan applications to financial institutions
Perform data entry and update customer account information
Assist with floor stock management and inventory tracking
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all paperwork
Minimum Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level qualification in any field
Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Good time management, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Prior experience as an Admin Officer, especially in the motor-trade / finance industry, will be an added advantage
