Scopes
  • General Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth working environment. Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence. Maintain office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Documentation & Filing
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
  • Update databases, logs, and filing systems (digital & physical).
  • Ensure documents are properly stored for easy retrieval.
  • Assist Salesperson in preparing Quotations and Delivery Orders.
Administrative Support
  • Assist management and various departments with administrative tasks.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and coordinate calendars.
