  • Manage company inventory of assets.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties from the Managing Director.
Job description
Scope of work
  • Respond to sales enquiries received through emails and phone calls and distribute the relevant enquiries to respective sales representatives
  • Work closely with the sales representatives to improve their productivity by providing administrative support
  • Preparation of quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices as and when required
  • Coordinate the collection and delivery of goods as per arrangement with customers
  • Maintain a database listing of sold equipment which are delivered to customers including details such as serial number, make and model etc.
  • Manage the inventory of the company owned assets such as laptops, workstations, and mobile phones etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties directed by the Managing Director, as and when required
Scope of work (Secondary)
  • Conducting marketing campaign initiatives to establish company brand awareness
  • Producing marketing and promotional materials such as client reference lists and project references etc.
  • Creating content providing search engine optimization for the company website to develop new leads for the sales representatives
  • Conducting customer and market research to define target markets and opportunities
  • Monitoring and managing company social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram etc.
