Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Documentation & Catalog Management: Compile, organize, and maintain documents for submission to clients and consultants. Ensure all reports, certificates, and spreadsheets are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Logistics & Coordination: Prepare delivery orders, liaise with suppliers and logistics providers, track shipments, and inspect goods upon receipt and prior to delivery.

  • BOQ Management: Review, verify, and assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for ongoing and new projects.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management for the project team.

Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (Design or Events background is a plus)

  • 1–2 years of administrative experience

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
