A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage documentation, logistics, and provide general administrative support. Candidates should possess a diploma in Business Administration or a related field, along with 1–2 years of administrative experience. Strong organizational, time-management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to project teams while ensuring efficient operations.
Documentation & Catalog Management: Compile, organize, and maintain documents for submission to clients and consultants. Ensure all reports, certificates, and spreadsheets are accurate and up-to-date.
Logistics & Coordination: Prepare delivery orders, liaise with suppliers and logistics providers, track shipments, and inspect goods upon receipt and prior to delivery.
BOQ Management: Review, verify, and assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for ongoing and new projects.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management for the project team.
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (Design or Events background is a plus)
1–2 years of administrative experience
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and accuracy
