Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
Logistics Support
- Coordinate local and international shipments, including booking transport, preparing delivery orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipment issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation (e.g., invocies, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading).
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory levels, and logistics-related documentation.
- Assist in monitoring stock movement and inventory replenishment
- Support the logistics team in planning delivery routes and optimizing transport costs.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence relatd to logistics and office operations.
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors.
- Manage office maintenance matters (e.g., liaising with service providers for repairs or supplies).
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of logistics operations, import/export documentation, or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
