A growing facility management company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Administrative & HR Executive to support office operations and HR functions. We are seeking a proactive and dependable Administrative & HR Executive to support day‑to‑day office operations and human resource functions. You will work closely with the Managing Director and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, assist with HR processes, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. This role is suitable for organised, people‑oriented individuals keen to grow in HR and administration.
Working Hours:
Mon–Fri, e.g. 9:00am – 6:00pm

This role is eligible under the CCP for Human Capital Professionals (Place‑and‑Train). Successful hires undergo a 4‑month structured On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) covering foundational HR competencies and emerging skills (e.g., digital HR systems and analytics).
