Role & Responsibilities
  • Front Desk & Customer Service – welcome visitors, answer phone / WhatsApp / email enquiries, maintain polite and professional communication.
  • Bilingual Communication (English & Mandarin) – confidently liaise with Mandarin‑speaking parents and students to ensure clear two‑way understanding.
  • Class Administration – manage enrolments, attendance, make‑up lessons, invoicing, and fee collection.
  • Centre Operations – oversee classrooms, stationery, pantry and basic facilities; liaise with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Marketing & Events Support – prepare simple posters, update social media, coordinate holiday workshops and outreach events.
  • Data & Reporting – maintain accurate student records, compile weekly operational reports.
  • Ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Centre Manager.
