Position Title: Admin Executive (Salaries & Pensions)
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm

  • Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
    (Flexi-hours can be arranged with reporting officer)

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented individual to join the Salaries & Pensions Team. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the team’s service delivery to government pensioners through document processing, correspondence, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Preparation & Distribution: Print and prepare Pensioner’s Handbooks, letters, and forms for mailing.

  • Reception & Form Collection: Receive completed forms from pensioners (walk-in and post) and assist them with updates to personal information.

  • Data Entry & Tracking: Collate and record pensioner responses accurately in spreadsheets or internal systems.

  • Follow-up Communication: Contact pensioners for clarifications or missing details to ensure accurate records.

  • Correspondence Management: Verify accuracy of letters and documentation; record mailing details and ensure timely dispatch.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification.

  • Prior experience in customer service, stakeholder engagement, or administrative support preferred.

  • Meticulous, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
