Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an individual for a 1-year contract position involving registration support tasks, such as processing applications and managing documents. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Administrative experience is preferred. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsibilities

  • Process applications for registration/enrollment.
  • Manage hardcopy documents and perform related administration tasks.
  • Perform closure of registration applications after Competency Assessments.
  • Process incoming source documents.
  • Manage hardcopy documents as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Support registration related work including the following:

  • Process applications for registration/ enrolment
  • Process related applications e.g. change of practice place, re-print of certificates, update particulars, allocation of e-applications to respective officers
  • Perform closure of registration applications after the completion of Competency Assessments
  • Process incoming source documents
  • Manage hardcopy documents as and when required, such as housekeeping and scanning
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
