About the Role: We are seeking meticulous and proactive individuals to support registration‑related administrative work in the healthcare sector. This role involves processing applications, maintaining records, and ensuring accurate data management for professional registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process registration and enrolment applications for healthcare professionals.

Handle related administrative requests such as change of particulars, reprints of certificates, and allocation of e‑applications.

Process incoming verification documents (e.g. transcripts, letters of verification).

Manage and organise hardcopy documents, including scanning and housekeeping.

Perform application closures after completion of competency assessments.

Support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy in work.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to multi‑task and work independently under tight timelines.
