Job Description
- Facilitate the admission process for clients, including explaining charges, subsidies, and means test applications.
- Guide Next of Kin/Clients through MOU signing and ensure proper documentation.
- Schedule assessments, start dates, and transport arrangements.
- Carry out reception duties, including attendance registration.
- Ensure accurate filing of documents and maintain monthly statistics/utilization reports.
- Regularly update client profiles to ensure demographic and health-related information (e.g., HHMT) is current.
- Collect payments for client invoices and maintain accurate records of collections.
- Track outstanding balances and follow up on payments as required.
- Assist the Centre Supervisor/Manager in tracking administrative and consumable supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Manage transport scheduling and coordinate arrangements with clients and their families.
- Support the Centre Supervisor/Manager with various operational and administrative tasks.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the centre.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the healthcare, community services, or long-term care sector
- Strong passion for contributing to the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication skills
