Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Administrative Executive (Purchasing) to manage supplier performance, execute procurement processes, and oversee data management. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Supply Chain Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mandarin. This is a permanent position based in Seletar with a salary of up to $2,600 plus bonuses.

  • Process purchase orders based on MRP system requirements.
  • Create and maintain accurate stock codes and item masters.

  • Position : Administrative Executive (Purchasing) – Up to $2,600 – Seletar

  • Location : Seletar

  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM

  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

  • Duration : Permanent

  • Industry : Aerospace

Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on delivery, quality, and cost. Actively source and onboard new suppliers to strengthen the vendor base.
  • Procurement Execution: Process purchase orders based on MRP system requirements, ensuring timely delivery of materials and managing the open orders report.
  • Data & System Management: Create and maintain accurate stock codes and item masters within the MRP system.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular purchasing status reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing role, preferably in Manufacturing Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
