Job summary

Location : Seletar

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM

Salary : Up to $2,600 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Aerospace

Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on delivery, quality, and cost. Actively source and onboard new suppliers to strengthen the vendor base.
  • Procurement Execution: Process purchase orders based on MRP system requirements, ensuring timely delivery of materials and managing the open orders report.
  • Data & System Management: Create and maintain accurate stock codes and item masters within the MRP system.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular purchasing status reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing role, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Mandarin language proficiency required to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
