A retail management company in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional to assist with roster management and staff coordination across terminals. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in administrative duties, good interpersonal skills, and be proficient in written and spoken communication. This role is essential to ensure smooth operations and effective manpower optimization.
Support roster management together with the manager
Organize, compile and update staff movements across terminals or new hire information in their new brands and location.
Plan and prepare roster for any new hire and retail staff orientation and training.
Juggle day to day administrative duties, such as providing information or respond to queries on talent-operation issues such as roster/shifts/operation guidelines.
Support the Talent Team in ensuring manpower optimization across all terminals. i.e transfer of staff when there is request from other terminals or Brand Vendor and rescheduling trainings and to ensure coverage is sufficient.
Monitor and update Daily Tracker from individual terminals, update of e-timesheet and e-leave for the staff.
Prepare and send out Brand BA roster to the brand upon request.
Ensure and reinforce consistent practice for sales operation administrative processes across all terminals.
